Attorney F. Lee Perkins graduated from the University of Georgia, receiving a B.B.A. in Finance in 1994, and a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1998. He has practiced residential and commercial real estate law, corporate, probate, banking and transactional law in Georgia since that time.

After working with and being a partner in two larger firms for the first 10 years of his law career, Lee Perkins decided in 2008 to branch out and start his own real estate law firm in his hometown of Cartersville. Lee Perkins has lived in Cartersville, Georgia his entire life. He is married to the former Dawn Sewell of Birmingham, Alabama. They have two children. Lee is on the board of the Trinity School of Cartersville and a member of the Cartersville/Bartow Board of Realtors.
